I am owner of Motu Microbook II C , I have already installed latest drivers and I cannot run Motu Audio Console. I use windows 10. I run the exe as administrator but is not working. Is there a different way to adjust sample rate and buffer size? Thank you in advanced !

Try restarting the computer to make sure that no programs are using the audio device. Then try accessing the Motu Audio Console and see if it works.
On my computer, the Motu Audio Console is always locked and out of order if any software is using the sound. That could be browsers, your DAW or anything really.

Exactly the second tip. I tried several directions, but upon reading this thread, I just switched to the onboard sound driver and Motu Audio Console opened. That simple. The application is disabled if you are somehow using the MOTU interface in Windows 10. So, either close all applications that have sound or switch to the onboard sound driver. Thank you friend.
