routing multiple inputs to single Analogue Out

Post by fishcake »

Hey guys, i am pretty new to motu hardwares. I have just gotten the ultralite mk4 to be used as a simple usb audio interface for my pc. the goal is to run 4 independent analogue out to their respective speakers for an immersive spatial experience.
however, the system will have to double up as a typical background music system via an alternate analogue source.

tinkering through the routing interface, it appears that it is impossible to route multiple inputs to single analogue out.
i have also tried mixing them as bus, unfortunately, the bus sends only to the main out.

is there any other alternative to routing multiple inputs to single analogue outs?

You mean mixing several inputs to a single stereo output pair? Or what exactly?

The unit comes with a pretty comprehensive mixer with which you can save setups and load them.

Did you :rtfm: ???
