828ES ON WINDOWS 10. Amd Ryzen 2700x
Im getting a (Configuration Descriptor Request Failed) on the device. I have tried EVERYTHING. Uninstall and reinstall like 20 times. Computer restart. Restore to past version. I have been trying to get this to work for 2 days.

Call MOTU on Monday. They should be able to troubleshoot with you.

I don't think the help line is open on weekends, but I could be wrong.

Hey did you work through this issue? I'm experiencing the same thing. "Device Descriptor Request Failed" and nothing else.

I restarted it 4 times and finally it worked but that is very scary. Makes me want to return my 828es. This and other weird driver issues...

I've noticed that people whose computers are running on ryzen processors have this issue.
