AUDistorion Plug leaves behind image slider parts-------

Post by Julia123 »

Two times now when I've left DP open with my AU Distortion plug in up, it leaves behinds
the read out of the frequency slider display of the Ring Mod every time I adjust it. The images stay over ANY other application or desktop. Has anyone else had this happen? I don't know how to post a screenshot. They are unmovable and burned-in until I close DP. Every time it adds a new one! I can close the AU Distortion but the burned in slider displays stay behind.

Yep, see it here, too. Didn't take long to duplicate at all. I haven't used those Apple plugs in a while. They sure look a lot better than they used to. Seeing this only in DP10, not in other hosts.Try the delay for added fun. What macOS are you using?

I reported this to MOTU, but I wouldn't hold my breath, as it is a relatively minor quibble at the moment.

Thanks! I am using 10.13.6. Once again I am glad it's not just me. It can get pretty crazy when you keep adjusting a parameter. I will be avoiding those for awhile but I hope they fix it.
