issue with FILE OVERWIEV AND AUDIO BEATS

I upgraded to DP 10

@ my first project, an album 13 songs.

on few projects each time i try to close the project, DP 10 show me an allert message for background processing still going on.

In those projets, on 4 track DP cant' build an overwiev, and can't find beats in audio

What's wrong?
DP11.31 macPro 5.1 (2012), 4x 8coreXntel Xeon 5690, RAM 128 Gb, UAD 2, Waves 11 Diamond, Izotope Nectar3 & Neutron2, ozone 9 and more....

Sounds like a job for the Studio>Effect Performance Window.

why effect performance?
the overwiev building is an off line process i suppose
