As many of you probably know, iTunes 12.7 has removed the App Store. Personally, I have mixed feelings about this. I haven't updated yet. One reason I like having the App Store in iTunes is that I can save and manage earlier versions of apps, or apps that are no longer available. After reading 30 pages of noise at MacRumors, I was still at a loss as how to manage apps without iTunes. I then ran into this:

It seems to be a reasonable solution. Perhaps it can be of use to someone. Can anyone confirm that it actually works in iTunes 12.7?

This is unchanged from the way that managing your iOS Apps has always worked—iTunes was always too clunky for me to do it that way. Since it tells you to manage your iOS Apps in iOS now, iTunes 12.7 will have no effect.cuttime wrote: I then ran into this:

I am concerned about moving files from my iMac to iOS — I have always done that through iTunes because it's easy. I wonder if Apple has f****** that up now. I'll know by tomorrow.

I already know. Syncing music and transferring files from my iMac to my iPad/iPod/iPhone through iTunes is unchanged in 12.7.mikehalloran wrote:This is unchanged from the way that managing your iOS Apps has always worked—iTunes was always too clunky for me to do it that way.
