This is a feature request/criticism/comparison for DP...
When I'm selecting input and output settings in a DAW, I normally think of the Mixer screen as the place to do that. But if you want to change the outputs of a bunch of channels at once, you can't Edit/Select All from the mixer screen, you have to be on the Tracks or Sequence window. (and then use option-A to bring up the Track Assignments window.)
In Pro Tools, when you select a track in the Edit window, it is selected and highlighted the same way in the Mixer window. I wish DP did the same.
(If memory serves, in some early versions of DP--DP5? when you were in the mixer window and pressed Option when changing the output of a track, all tracks would assign to that output.)
