Track16 route output to input possible

Hey guys,
can I route the Main- or Analog 1/2 of my Track16 to in an Input in CueMix FX ?

I want to record an Playback, played from my MAC, into my DAW.

This can be done easiest with an ADAT optical cable. Loop the cable from ADAT output to ADAT input on the Track16. Route audio from your computer, to the ADAT outputs ( Keep in mind that you will need to set ADAT as your "Default Stereo Output" in MOTU Audio Setup for playback from iTunes or a web browser) and record the audio coming back into the ADAT input.

Thanks for replying, Travis. Appreciate it when MOTU folks contribute. I just wanted to see if this does the same thing: I route the output of my audio tracks to "bus 1-2" and monitor them with an Aux set to "bus 1-2" in and "hardware out 1-2". Thanks.
