HI there,
I have been using my MOTU traveler MK3 for nearly a year without any problems. Few days ago the machine stoped being recognised by MacBook Pro, saying on the small green Motu screen "machine info not present". I have tried to do:
- using MOTU without connection to the Mac as a standalone - same result
- reinstalled all drivers - same result
- reset the machine to factory settings, no change
- tried the connecting firewire cable with my external HDD, that worked
- tried using other firewire output on MOTU, no change
Could anyone please help with this issue? I have contacted MOTU, but haven't had a reply yet.
Thank you very much.
