I have not, but I would be really surprised if DP 9 ran worse on Windows 10.
Microsoft have done a lot of improvements to audio and MIDI in 10.

I use OSX, but this is pretty awesome, and I would be surprised if it wasn't being tested on the betas that have been out for a while now. One thing though, so far the MOTU site says nothing about Windows 10, so calling them or waiting is a good idea.
I would jump on 10 as soon as drivers and software you need is ready though, it's a huge improvement in audio from the looks of it.

Re: DP 9 and Windows 10?
I went to the MOTU feature launch at WestlakePro on Thursday and they asked that question. Dave Roberts and the lead developer were there and they confirmed that it's stable on Windows 10 with no known issues so far. They encouraged everyone to thoroughly test as many built-in features and report any crashes to MOTU directly.

Re: DP 9 and Windows 10?
I have it on my system for testing, and thus far, it seems pretty good. If you've done w10 as an upgrade, it'll probably work fine.
On my system, i do fresh installs, and disk image them because i do semi-annual clean installs to eliminate any munge from updates, etc. I use a disk image because of machine-id instrument authorizations. In any case, I installed the most current drivers first, and when i turned connectivity on, windows update didn't find any driver udpates...just a few security patches and defender definitions. Everything seems to work as it should in that regard. Note that the new windows audio improvements do NOT apply to ASIO, only WSAPI, WDM, etc. ASIO will work precisely as it always has.
If you do opt for a clean w10 install, there are a couple of things you should know:
*** Install the upgrade on top of your existing OS FIRST! ***
I'd suggest keeping your apps/settings when you do so the first time, rather than removing your old files/prefs. This is because MS does NOT provide a new key for the upgrade. It registers your existing win7-8.x key to become your win10 key. So if you blow away the authorized version of windows on the first install, it will not find that key, and won't authorize.
If you upgrade over existing, and the authorization takes, you can then format, use a new drive, etc, and if your previous version of windows was an oem install (with the windows key tag in the bios), just skip the bit where it asks you for the key, and it'll authorize automagically when it connects to the internet, just as windows 8.x did.
2) make sure you install the correct version of windows 10, if it prompts you to. choosing the wrong version will cause your authorization to fail.
In terms of DP, on a clean install, the welcome to DP window won't show any content. It's only a big white box with the file, edit, etc menu across the top. I believe this is because win10 does away with IE, which DP uses for that. When i'd first installed DP8, my system had IE removed, and it didn't work then either. I'll do up a techlink for this.
Otherwise, it's pretty okay.
The only real annoyance i have with w10 thus far is homegroup sharing. I only share documents, but no matter how i set it in windows' config, it uses its defaults (music, photos, etc...everything BUT documents).
Also, 802.11n wifi is still flaky (depending on the driver), so if you run into connectivity droppage, try turning off n mode, and just use G or G/B mixed mode. That's been a driver thing since at least win7 (i have a lenovo laptop that suffers this).
anyway, for a .0, it's surprisingly not bad.
