Setting up bundles

I bought the video for DP8 from Groove 3. (And his demos are all on MAC.) After getting the BehringerFCA1616 drivers installed, now setting up the input and MIDI connection. In the video, he shows clicking "add" to the inputs, as I am using all 8 inputs in the FCA1616. There are 4 in front with individual controls, and 4 in the back without individual control. When I click "add", I don't get the opportunity. The defaults that initially showed up in the window are all that's there.
