Bounce to disk, Where is SR select?
It used to be there in 7. Why is it missing or is there some new option key click trick to get it to appear?

Usually BC Wave but have tried AIFF as well.

You have to use Core (lower in the menu choices), and another window will pop up after you hit Okay in the first window.
