DP8 and Muse Receptor/Uniwire problems

Does DP8 still support Uniwire?

I'm having no luck interfacing a Muse Receptor with DP8 using Uniwire 1.3 on a new Mac Pro running the latest OS Mavericks.

I've never had a problem with this prior to this new machine, a 6 core Mac Pro trash can. I have verified that the Uniwire plug ins are in their components folder in the system library, but they don't show up in DP at all. I even trashed the preference file to rescan all plug ins and it still didn't acknowledge the Uniwire plug ins.

I realize it may be a tiny minority with this particular setup, but any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

You nailed this one Mike. It DOES work in 32 bit. So I guess this means I now have to go to the Muse Research support page and coerce them, or guilt them into making their products 64 bit compatible?

So this leads me to the next question. What has become the standard method for running these 32 bit legacy products in 64 bit mode?

I think they have a demo as well? Your particular plug in may not be listed, but only because they haven't tried it yet. And yes, it's high time Muse supported 64-bit.
