Wouldn't that be nice? I.e., having the ability to show/hide tracks in the tracks window, the way we can in the sequence editor? For those of us with enormous MIDI templates, it would be very useful. Here's how: Over the course of creating a cue, I might record into, say, 20 tracks from different sections of my template. When it comes time to mix (or copy/paste sections), I find I have to jump around a lot. If, instead, I could just select the tracks I need and invoke a command like "only display selected tracks" it would make editing/mixing a lot easier and more elegant.
As a work-around, I sometimes use "create folder from selected tracks," which groups all the selected tracks together. But that can create issues if you later need to revise the cue in question, since it disrupts your template.
Anyone else interested in this feature?
Wish we could show/hide tracks in the tracks window
