Hi,
Is there any way to be visually highlighted selected track on mixer? Everytime, I have to find again track which i focused on mixer.

Yep, or I think you can set up the Consolidated Window to do this. I know that of I click a track in the Track Overview pane, that view in the Mixing Board pane will shift so that channel in the Mixing Board is visible.
