Howdy!
I'm new here.
I posted this earlier, and one nice guy responded ... but i still can't figure this out.
Got any ideas?
Question: When I alter a plugin, I can't "save setting" of my plugins or waves effects ... what do I do? (Yes, the settings are actually saved, but I can't "name" them, so I can not re-find it again as a preset list)
When I try to save, it says "MACOS error: File Not Found (-43)
I DID see this here:
http://www.motunation.com/forum/viewtop ... =1&t=48932
And I tried:
HD>Library>Audio>Presets>Digital Performer>MW Equalizer
But I think I still need to create some type of folder? To save my special preset MW and Waves plugins in to?
How/what do I do?
Many Thanks!!
I'm running DP 7.24 on a MAC OS X 10-8-3 .... on DP 7.24

I had this problem with a few of my plugin presets. SoundToys and AntaresEVO in particular. When I tried to save presets my computer made a "bong" sound. MagicDave explained: I needed to fix the permissions on the folder that contained the presets. It's a little long-winded, but simple enough.
Find the presets folder in question (it will be in Audio/Presets, or Audio/Plugins/Presets, highlight it and hit "Get Info" under the "File" tab. Make sure it's set to read & write for all names.
In my case this happened because I had changed computers a while back and used a new username for the new computer (because I kept the old one running for while and I didn't want them confused on my network).
