brand new ultralite mk3 hybrid problem?

hi all, i’m andrea from italy
i’ve just purchased a new ultralite mk3 hybrid and i’m getting problems (?)

if I enter cuemix, even doing nothing, the SPDIF inputs 1-2 meter bar (mostly the “L” one) is all lighten up ( between -6 and -3 db), while the “R” one shows only a few bars (between -48 and -36, going often to zero), but i’ve nothing connected to spdif in and i’m not touching anything...
the 2 “dig out” L and R bars (spdif outputs, i suppose), instead, don’t show any activity.

is this a normal behaviour?

trying to test the headphones, i connected my korg kronos to analog inputs 7-8, and i can see the bars moving on the display (“analog in” bars 7 and 8 going up and down) of the ultralite. i connected my headphones to the “phones” inputs on the front, but i can’t hear anything.
the problem is that i can’t see any activity on the corresponding “analog out” part of the display: “L R Main”, and “analog out” 1 through 8 remain all idle. same thing on the cuemix software, where “main”, “analog”, “spdif” and “phones” bars are all idle.

with logic i can hear vsti playing, and in the cuemix software “main outputs” bars are working (while in the display of the ultralite all is idle)

any suggestion? thanks a lot
