I recorded a separate mono audio file of tapping 8th notes for approximately 16 bars to go along with an imported mono audio file of a track that had no tempo markers -- I highlighted the tapping track and "cleared the sequence tempo" -- Audio > Soundbite Tempo > Clear Soundbite Tempo.
When I then chose Analyze Soundbite Tempo for the highlit region, I get an error message that there are not enough notes to analyze -- I have been using DP since '96, but this is new to me, what gives?

Re: Analyze Temp Issue
When I tried it, I got a message that said "Not enough beats."
I switched to the waveform tab and used Find Beats in the menu below the Beats button. I started with a file of silence so I got a spray of useless beats but no error from the tempo stuff any more.
