Can no longer reorder clippings
Greetings,
In a Clippings list window, I used to be able to drag clippings up and down to reposition them in the list to arrange them the way I wanted them. Now when I drag a clipping and release the mouse, it is always moved to the bottom of the list, irrespective of its intended destination. In fact, sometimes if I try to move an item again, I'll get the Spinning Beach Ball of Death, and DP will crash.
In a related story, I have some MIDI controller events, for flipping various switches on one of my VIs, stored as clippings. Each contains a single value. I used to be able to drag them from a Clippings window into the GE window to a precise location on the timeline. Now when I do this, the event is placed way, way off to the right of where I've released the mouse. Sometimes I have to scroll the window to even find it.
I tried trashing the /myAccount/Library/Preferences/com.motu.DigitalPerformer.plist file (after copying it to another drive), emptying the trash, and rebooting DP -- but no difference. (Oddly enough, though I went in and made changes to the prefs within DP, it has yet to generate a new com.motu.DigitalPerformer.plist file. It must be writing those someplace else. ???)
Any ideas on this? Do I just need to do a complete reinstall of DP?
Thanks!
DM

Yup. Used to work fine here too. Guess it's reinstall time.

Re: Can no longer reorder clippings
Weird too, but not so dramatic here:
I must drag twice, or more, to get clippings reordered!
And no crash, yet.

Re: Can no longer reorder clippings
Actually, I also needed to drag twice. I thought I just missed the mark, so maybe a bug.
