Howdy! I just did a fresh install of win7 32bit. I installed all the windows updates, and then installed the latest version of drivers from the motu downloads. I'm able to open the motu audio software, which recognizes the 828, and also responds to changing sample rates. Under control panel - sound, windows doesn't recognize it. Under the device manager, windows recognizes the 828 (motu audio, motu audio MIDI, motu audio wave). As a result, I haven't been able to use the 828 at all. I know the 828 works fine, as I use it regularly on another OSX machine.
Any ideas?

I had the same issue with my 828 mk1. I could not make it work and ended up selling it to a person who uses it on Mac.
