Eucon/Artist Control Users - Please Help!

Hey Eucon users -

How big are your files typically? My template will not play nice with Eucon, causing a spinning beachball hang. (!) Trashed prefs, permissions, etc and whenever I go to add Eucon for my Artist Control Surface I get the spinning beachball. Using v1.1 of Eucon Driver with DP 8.01 on Mtn Lion. It will play nice with smaller files.

Anybody? Please?! I want to use this eye candy!

Cody, version 1.1 of the Eucontrol software is way old. That is your problem. Log on to Avid and download the latest software and firmware. I think they're up to like version 2.7x now.

Sorry, I mean 1.1 of the Eucon Driver in the MOTU Control Surface Plugins. My Eucon Software from Avid is the newest avail...but thanks!

Just an update, after further tests the Euphonix Control doesn't seem to be able to handle over about 450 tracks. Spinning beach ball. Using EuControl Software 2.6.2 78202 and EuCon Bundle 1.1 in the MOTU Control Surface folder.

Anybody with an Artist Control mind trying adding 500 MIDI tracks to a new file? Pretty please?
