A little background;
Due to regular processing overloads/freezes using Traktor2.6, I bought a new i7 laptop. However, I can't use it yet due to new MOTU firmware and USB3 issues (I'm informed it will be a few weeks before ULmk3/USB3 works with intel chipsets). Meanwhile I'm forced to find a way to get stable performance on my Core2Duo/USB2 machine.
After some experimenting I've discovered that if I don't run CueMixFX, Traktor 2.6 will run fine on my Core2Duo.
Are there known issues with running CueMixFX on Windows? The increased performance/stability I'm getting by not running CueMixFX is surprising.

Re: CueMixFX / stability issues
I'm running a Win7x64 i5 machine and am having no problems running CueMix. There is a new firmware update posted on the MOTU site specific to your audio interface. Have you tried that? Have you updated CueMix to the latest version? Have noted on some forums that while USB3 is supposedly backwards compatible...sometimes its not really working out that well.
