T-RackS 4 is out, w/ 5 new plug-ins and CSR integration

Strangely this doesn't show up on Sonic State, KVR, or GS (except in a brief discussion away from the New Products forum), but I received an email today from eSoundz announcing the new T-RackS v4 update, which includes five new plug-ins (a British channel strip and four quad-multi-band processors), CSR integration, and a Custom Shop similar to the one for AmpliTube.

The upgrade price is $99 for a short while. I bought mine piecemeal so hope I qualify as I have them all. It even sounds like just owning one plug is enough to qualify for the full suite at the upgrade price.

The upgrade for those who have single T-Racks plugins to the new suite (called "CS Grande" rather than Version 4) is 149.99.

I contacted eSoundz but they said to contact IK Multimedia as each case has to be handled individually. I'll contact them tonight or this weekend and see if they let me consolidate my licenses and do the upgrade, as I own almost all of their products and it's also been a pain when there are updates as I have to go through each one and then re-authorize. I'm eager to try the new plugs. If I am disqualified by a technicality from doing the upgrade, I'll use Custom Shop to buy the new plugs piecemeal.

There's actually an active(18 pages) thread on KVR about this,correct upgrades like this are handled on an individual basis.
2 reps from IK,Peter & Brian are participating.
They can answer questions and handle individual requests.

Sorry, I gave up mid-way into page 11 out of 18 pages of mostly whining and name-calling. I'll contact IK directly and make it a short message out of respect for their time.

I started towards the end of the thread,if you post a question @IK,1 of the IK reps will respond quickly,IK via phone is actually pretty bad these days.

Upgraded but can't see the single plugins in DP, Logic or Wavelab.. only through the TrackS.. I've sent a message to IK about this.. strange. Any suggestions?

If you do this then you can use individually as well.

As KG says, the "restore your gear" action should take care of things for you, as it did when AmpliTube went to Custom Shop earlier. If not, then it may have been awhile since you did an update and thus the latest version may have trouble reconciling things.

Open up Custom Shop,go to the T-Rack section,go to the Gear tab,
pull down menu will show,Restore my Gear,
click on that,my sister

Let it do it's thing & you should be set.
Log back into DP and see if you have them now.
Let me know if this works or you have any questions.

Strange that I didn´t read anything about this anywhere in the IK info, website nor in the emails I got from them. Even wrote on their Facebook site and sent a ticket to support.
