Trigger Off V and Off V+E

Post by jmacman »

Hello guys....I am new to MachFive 3 and so far it's been good. I just need a little help...

I have created a piano Keyoff sample and I'm trying the different trigger mechanisms. Off, and Off +E seem to be the only ones that work. When I try Off + V or Off +VE, I cannot get any sound from the release samples no matter how I adjust the AMP Env. I cannot seem to get any sound.

I'm trying to make the Keyoff sound correct according to how long I've held the samples, so that if I hold the piano sound long, then I won't get this really loud KeyOff sound.

Any help would be appreciated.

V use the release velocity which is 0 on most keyboard so Off + E might be your best choice.

use Off + E with the decay time for the max time to hear the release sample then use the release time to hear the actual release sound
