I just bought a Motu 828mk3 and started using it with some virtual instruments via Cantabile performer. I have routed some soft instruments to analog out 1 and 2 and some on main out. My question is can I use the monitor function in cuemix to get like an in ear mix via phones out (I'm thinking, if possible, then to put a stereo signal from the foh mixer and put that in the monitor mix too). This way I could control my own in-ear mix and maybe use the eq and limiter in the 828mk3.
I'm on a winXP laptop.
