Installing Komplete 7 on Macbook Pro 5,5 early 2010

Here's my 2 questions:

I have 170 GB available on a 320 GB hard drive with 4 GB ram. I would like to have these VI available without bringing my glyph drive with me.

1) Would you agree or disagree that this machine has enough horsepower to run Komplete 7 from the internal hard drive through DP7.24 with minimal audio tracks (1 or 2 at most) and zero plug-ins to speak of.

2) If I set these files up in my desktop Mac with the VI's loaded in my Glyph drive and transfer them to the Macbook, will will DP be able to find the VI's on the hard drive or will I have to set the paths in NI for every chunk I import

My main concern is about DP Finding the paths on Kontact. Any opinions would be much appreciated

Using an external audio source (in my case a Traveler)and my MB Pro I found I/O issues with DP and my Komplete samples on the same drive. I ended up getting Seagate GoFlex 500Gb (no external power source) and it works like a champ. My two cents.
