1296 - Looking for 1296 M/F transformer out socket plug help

Greetings...

I am looking for the part number(s), or equivalent parts, for the 5 pin connector that runs off the transformer and into the mother board. I need both the male and female parts. wish i could upload a picture to show you guys.

I have searched the net and asked various electronic parts places, no luck so far.
