Audio Express Volume is Always High ?!?

Hallo Guys,
some days ago i've bouht an Audio Express soundcard,the device is working BUT i cannot find the way to turn up or down the main mix volume!!!

When i turn the knobs (all knobs) i can see that the CuMix software changes the value of the volume but...the true is that the volume is always high!!!

I've tryed to do a factory reset and then i was able to turn down the volume but...using the 'phones knob' and not the 'main mix'...now after a system restar all knobs don't work again...

I'm using the latest drivers and i've already done the firmware update.

If someone knows what to do...

I'm having the same problem and waiting for a response. No control of the main mix volume from the front panel vol mix knob.

1- Turn on device
2- Press VOl+Phones 3 second
3 - On front panel 3-2-1 and..... Preference reset
On my card work! Main outs current on front panel
