Hello forum people,
I'm intending to upgrade the system in my Intel Mac Dual Core 3-gigahertz tower from Tiger 10.4.11 to Snow Leopard. I'm doing this mainly because I just bought a HP printer that needs to see at least sys. 10.5. -and- my new iPhone 3GS needs to see Leopard or Snow Leopard to sync iTunes.
I'm currently running DP 7.12. I'm using some UAD plugins. I use Ivory 1.01 all the time. I have Finale 2010, Easy Drummer, Toast Titanium 8, all of which I use a lot. I also have Logic Pro 8.0.2, Absynth 3, Reason 4.0.1, BFD drums, Final Cut Express 3.5.1 which I don't use very often.
I've been reading some of the posts re. system upgrades, but I'm still left wondering if this upgrade will negatively impact some or all of my applications? I'm sure some of you have already been through this, so I'm curious about your take on it... I'm mostly concerned with my DP7, but am I in for rough time?
