I installed a firewire card into the computer. I am running Windows 7 64-bit and I am running the update to update the firmware. The message I get is "There are no devices in the update state. Please turn on the device while holding down the PAGE and CURSOR knobs" but it just sits there. The device sits here at the screen UL mk3 Hybrid Boot v1.00
Ive done this many times and I get the same result.

UltraLite Firmware v1.15 Updater for 64-bit Windows
This installer updates an original UltraLite to firmware version 1.15. To determine which firmware version is currently installed on your UltraLite, look at the front panel LCD while the interface boots or check the UltraLite tab of the MOTU Audio Console program.
This update does not apply to UltraLite mk3s.
