Hi there,
I've got an 896 Mk3. Phantom power will now not switch on at all. for a while it would work intermittently after restarting the console. It has now got to the point where it will not work at all. Everything else seems fine, sigal is coming through on other channels with phantom power switched off.
Any help on the subject would be very much appreciated.

It sounds like the unit might be malfunctioning. Have you contacted MOTU about getting it repaired?
