Suddenly Volume Knob Motu Ultralite No working

Suddenly, I have a problem with my Motu Ultralite.

The volume knob no working. I don't know if this is related with cuemix or the knob is breaking down.

Before, I could control the volume of the headphones from the front panel, now it's impossible.

Anyone knows what may be happening?

I use Windows 7.
