While i was in use of the audio device i heard a sound on my monitors and the 828mk3 turned off..
The device didnt turn on again even after i tryied to put it in another plug and looks totally dead.
Does this happened to anyone before..?
I was thinking that probably the power supply was burned.. or worst the device's electronics.. (hopefully not)
Please can anyone tell me where to respond or what can i do?

If you know that your electrical outlet and power cable are working properly, then it seems that the 828mk3's power supply is broken. The 828mk3 will probably need to be repaired.

the same thing happened to me. then i fell asleep and woke up at 4 am and suddenly it was on again... What the heck????
