896HD a christmas tree on startup (in a loop)

Hi there, had my 896HD for a year now with great satisfaction.

Until the day came it stayed in a loop of the christmas tree / startup.

I does the same over and over, even if it´s not connected to anything else.

I searched the board but didn´t find a solution. I found one boardmember who has the same problem ) no solution' but he talked about resetting the 896........?
Can someone help me out?



Ps. I bought a Focusrite Liquid saffire 56 meanwhile, wich also has a great sound like the 896HD, but it´s monitorfunction are soo incredible difficult to understand that it will be sold if the 896HD is healthy again.

i'm not so technical when it comes to this artificial christmas tree applications. maybe resetting is the best solution.

Yes, but how do you reset a 896HD?
I tried switching the 115/230V switch a few times, but nothing happened.

I've send the 896HD back to Motu USA for repair.
