Should this PC system work well with Ultralite Mk3?

After having various problems with current PC and compatibility with my MOTU Ultralite MK3, I am having a new PC built. Is this below PC system something that should work well with the Ultralite MK 3?
The motherboard includes a T.I. TSB43AB23 chip – manufacturers link below. I have no knowledge of this company "Gigabyte" though?

Looks like it should be fine, but you never could be 100% unless you have build with that exact combination before. If you have a Ultralite mk3 hybrid at least you have two options on how you connect it.
