chord generator

Post by banditblack »

Like many musicians I use Band in a box to play jazz standards to computer generated sequences. I would like to know if their is a program out there of a higher quality to generate keyboard tracks based on typed in chord sequences like BIAB. Their program is okay for jazz, and jamming but in a blues or rock sequence, just don't cut it.

I'd be using it with DP 7.

But can't you buy different Band-in-a-box packages to suit other specific music styles? I heard they have a bunch of them, with more specialized music styles.
Mac Mini Server i7 2.66 GHs/16 GB RAM / OSX 10.14 / DP 9.52
Tascam DM-24, MOTU Track 16, all Spectrasonics' stuff,
Vienna Instruments SUPER PACKAGE, Waves Mercury, slaved iMac and Mac Minis running VEP 7, etc.
