I bought this ultra lite Mk3 new yesterday .
I power on for the first time it works fine then after 30 minutes
I have tried to power off and on again it will not boot.
I am using the power supply and when your power on it shows only
"UL mk3 Hybrid Boot V1.00"
Don't think this is bad impression for a first purchase for $500 ?
It is damaged ? what is this ?

It seems like the interface is booting into the firmware update mode (instead of the normal operating mode). Firmware update mode is reached by holding the Page knob while turning on the interface, so perhaps the Page knob on your interface is malfunctioning. Try this: Turn off the interface and disconnect it from power. Then exercise the Page knob for a while. Push the button about thirty times and then turn the knob back and forth for about a minute. Then reconnect power and turn it on again. Does it still boot to the firmware update mode?
