!! MOTU 828 (mk1 original) FireWare Problem !! Help !

Hi all
There is a problem - my PC (Windows XP sp3 & Windows 7 Ultimate x64) doesn`t see Motu 828 mk1 - i cannot communicate it - just NO pc reaction when i turn it on...
Drivers from this site topic (37320) & new loaded from Motu site - reboots the PC during install on XP and shows error on Windows 7 x64 during install
Also i`ve tryed 3.6.7.0 & old drivers from disk with 828 - they install ok but this not help to @see@ the card.
I have in use internal IEEE 1394 port & also Texas Instruments IEEE controller - this doesn`t help
I tryed another computer with Win XP Sp3 & Sp2 with another (m-audio fireware cable) - no result

Does anyone have drivers that can make this card work ?
What else it can be ? Please suggest something !!!
I have no contact with motu cause card is registered to some previous user.
Does anyone have manual in PDF? Can it help ?
