Major noise issue with Motu Traveler

Post by okta »

Hi,
I have a problem here and hope someone can help me out here.

I found there's noise on my Input 1 and 4 of my traveler. Input 4 is still bearable but Input 1 is stupidly loud.
check it out. This is from Input 1:

Input 1 is audible even without the preamp boosted but Input 4 only would be heard with the preamp boosted.

anyone had the same problem before?

cheers!
