PCI-E 2408 / tascam DM-24 Glitch on Windows XP 32

Post by UGene »

Hi everyone,

We have a PCI-E 2408 on Windows XP 32 platform. The problem that kept accuring from time to time is: during a session, we can hear a dropdown in the audio for a fraction of seconde, randomly, with no specific sequence or procedure, it just accur for no apparent reason. :?:
I just reinstall the newest driver (32pci-1.6.9.2) and crossing my fingers, but still...my question is,
Does anyone notice such problem while working with this card ?

Our gear is:
MB: Intel DP35DP
CPU: Intel Quad Core Q6600 2.40 / 8 meg cache
Sound card: PCI 424 / 2408 Mark3 / Tascam DM-24 TDIF
Ram: 2 X 2 gig Kingston KVR 800D2N5
Video: Saphire Radeon HD 2600 Pro
Soft: CUBASE SX3 updated

I'll keep you inform if we notice any change on our side with those new drivers

Thanks in advance for your reply
Empty bars or parts of bars occur in virtually every musical piece ;)
