Ok, I am using Pod Farm in Reaper, and I have my guitar running through a Whirlwind EDB1 direct box and an XLR from that box to the first input on the front of my Ultralite mk3.
The issue:
The input is clipping. It is just too loud. I'm using active pickups, but they don't clip when connected to the Pod, it's the interface! How do I cut down the preamp! I have the trim on 0db, meaning it's as low as can go (to my knowledge), there has to be a fix for this! My pickups are mounted very low, meaning they aren't drawing an increased amount of sound or anything.
There has to be a way to fix this without cutting down the volume of my guitar (which ruins the sound from the pickups because they won't be as hot).
Thanks,
Trevor

Re: Preamp issue... or just volume?
Guys I really hate to be a pest, I know it's not cool to bump this early, but I'm actually working with a band right now and need this resolved as SOON as possible.
Thanks

What is the setting of the PAD switch on the input?
