Micro Express USB not for windows?

Post by tacman7 »

I bought a micro express off ebay and it says mac/windows on it and I downloaded drivers for it and they installed and it lights up and everything looks good but I get nothing in cubase or MIDI ox.

I read here that someone contacted customer support and the early using were mac only even though they said windows on them. He was going to get an eprom from them to fix it.

Only I can't contact support because I don't have any new products to register...

Anyone know about this or solutions?

Thanks

I'm fairly sure that you can still register an older product on motu.com.
The leading cause of wrong answers is asking the wrong questions.

I just have purchased second hand a MIDI express XT USB (old version) and the same thing is happening to me. The unit seems ok and I can send MIDI to another hardware from it but cubase is not receiving anything from it. Did you get any solution for this?
