I don't know, but I had this mod done to my unit. Where are you located? If you're anywhere near the Los Angeles area, there's a place that does the fan replacement. I think the fans that these people used were hard to come by, but you can barely hear mine now. It's quieter than brand new. This has always been a problem with the HD192s and something I hope MOTU will address in newer production units.

Thanks James but unfortunately I'm in Ohio and would like to find a place closer or just do the mod myself. I was hoping to avoid opening and measuring, then closing. Then ordering the fand and opening and closing again. There are a heck of a lot of screws to get in and out of the HD 192 not counting external connetions.

Thanks

I've opened a few 1296s and HD192s in my time. Luckily I had the foresight to write this down:
HD192/1296 fan model: Titan TFD-5010M05C
(older units may have TFD-501005C)

Thanks I/O: The numbers led me to the specs of 50mmx50mmx10mm. The only thing I don't now is the pin count. The voltages were on the page you linked.

Thanks again

I don't recall whether it's a two-pin or three-pin connector. If I had to make an informed guess I would say two-pin because I don't think that the interface has a mechanism to adjust the fan speed, which is what the third pin would be used for.
