PCI-324 not see 2408MK2

I installed PCI-324 into my PC (HP Compaq EVO D51, Windows XP SP3 English) and set up drivers with no problem, turn off PC.
I connected 2408MK2 with power and with PCI-324, turn it on (it flashed by 4 LED's on the right side of the front panel about 8 sec and then only "Meter" LED flashed).
I turn on PC, but don't found 2408MK2 in PCI-324, even after click on "Refresh" button.

Any suggestion?
