How are most People delivering their final mixes . All pro recording studios probably have FTP severs to send files to duplicators or Mastering houses , but what do the project studio's like myself handle delivering final mixes . Thanks , Tom

I have A) FTP space as part of my web hosting package for my website. Most web hosting services seem to include that. When I deliver to my Mastering house, I use their FTP server and upload to that. I also have B) MobileMe (formerly mac.com) which includes publicly accessible iDisk space that you can secure with a password. Finally you can use C) one of the many services for large file transfer, i.e. YouSendIt.com.

When using FTP on a Mac, I highly recommend using Fetch. For me Safari hardly ever works as FTP client, and Fetch is flawless. Plus the running little dog is darling... :D
