Hi...
I've been looking at mics recently.. One mic that has caught my attenton is the AT3060.... From what i've read it sounds like it might be a good addition to my project studio.. Trouble is that it doesn't seem to be available in the UK.. I think I found one website in germany that had it but i couldn't be sure... Other than that the USA looks like the place to get it..
Has anyone one had any good/bad experiences with buying equipment from the US? Or could anyone suggest a similar mic, i.e. subtle tube warmth, compact, phantom powered, similar price, that might be more widely available closer to home?
I already own an AT3035 which i think was great value, so a bit of an audio technica fan.. Im looking for something that will compliment what i have.. I record acoustic music mostly, guitars most often, sometimes vocals.. I move around quite alot which is why id like something quite sturdy, compact with no external power supply..
Thanks for any help!
