Altiverb 6
Does anyone know if Altiverb 6 works with DP 6.01 on an Intel Mac running Leopard 10.5.4?

No problems here, either... Tiger or Leopard.

Re: Altiverb 6
Without getting too far off topic, AV6 is stereo only with no surround support?
If that is the case does DP6.01 support AV5 which I think still had surround support in the non Protools HD/TDM version?

Only partially correct. Mono and Stereo are now supported by a less expensive bundle. Surround and TDM have been put into a more expensive bundle with the add-on subtitle "XL".burn em wrote:Without getting too far off topic, AV6 is stereo only with no surround support?
Good question.burn em wrote: If that is the case does DP6.01 support AV5 which I think still had surround support in the non Protools HD/TDM version?
I can't recall if the issue had more to do with Av5 not working on Intel-Macs, at least up to a certain version. I remember having to upgrade Altiverb so that I could use it on my MacPro. But I've not heard of problems *directly related to Av5* being used in DP6.x on PPCs.
Hopefully someone else will chime in to better answer this part of your question. You might want to drop a note to AudioEase about this. They may even have other information which would help you.
Finding a copy of Altiverb5 might be a little tricky, though.
