I am in the midst of a project, mostly analog audio tracks (drums, bass, guitars piano, organ, vox etc.) 96k DP 6.01 session. We decided to open mach 5 to try out a few synth sounds. Everything seems to behave normally in terms of opening the instrument track, selecting M5-2, loading samples etc. ........ regardless of the sample or samples loaded all I can get is a buzzing sound - like mach 5 is not clocking at 96k.
I am not much of a sampler guy so forgive my ignorance. Is it possible that mach 5 will not work at higher sample rates? Or have I missed something. Pointing me to a specific page in the book would be very helpful. I have been unable to find a solution thus far.

Whatever the culprit is, it's not that — M5 includes 192 kHz factory content so it's intended to work at higher sample rates.vbassguy wrote:Is it possible that mach 5 will not work at higher sample rates?
"I don't see any method at all, sir."

OK. FYI..... I found the problem to be a streaming issue from a firewire drive where the m5 sounds folder resides. Interesting, at 44.1 and 48k no problem.
96k no go. When I move the sounds folder to a sata drive no problem at 96k.
