Transfer License/Sell MachFive V1?

Hi -

I want to put my MachFive V1 for sale on eBay, and can't find any info on the MOTU site about how to transfer the license, etc. I am assuming I would sell the software + the iLok key, is that right? Anyone know how to do this smoothly? And, what is a fair price these days? Thanks.

my understanding is you can`t sell it seeing that the EULA doesn`t allow you to and if you upgraded to version 2 you got a reduced upgrade price because you had version 1
i could be wrong though but if you read your agreement in the front of your machfive manual i`m sure it says you can`t resell but best to call them first and find out.

You can sell it, but you have to transfer the lic. via MOTU. As in you have to CALL them to do so after the sale. You won't be able to "upgrade" to version 2. If you already HAVE ver 2, then you are selling BOTH versions as they are leased to you under the same license #. But you can sell it.

Street price? Check eBay or Craig's list, I suppose.
