can't see 828 MK3 INs/OUTs in Cubase SX 3

Hi,

when going to the device manager in cubase sx, i can see all analog and digital ins and outs. but when trying to assign a channel to a particular phisical in or out, all i see is multimedia asio, left, right??

any idea?
